**The Stockroom Coordinator** is responsible for manages inventory through Oracle and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet production demands, performs receiving parts (physically and System), kitting duties and issues parts to production floor.

**Education**
- College degree (preferred).

**Experience - (Years of experience)**
- 1-3 years previous experience as a stockroom coordinator or a similar management position.

**Background - (Hard Skills, Trainings, or required certifications)**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Oracle or ERP system experience preferred
- English/Spanish proficiency (Writing and Verbal) (preferred)

**Responsibilities - (Responsible activities)**
- Receiving materials at NLD
- Perform kitting for new work orders
- Responsible for all transactions in the system
- Issue parts to jobs and reconciliate the inventory
- Organize stockroom for new and existing components
- Perform root cause analyisis and establish contention and preventive actions to reduce discrepancies detected on cycle counts.
- Maintain clean and organize stockroom area.
- Maintain MRO inventory.
- Kanban implementation.
- Organize all consignment material and keep its inventories under control.
