**Summary**: VES is looking for an **Accounts** Payable Accountant** to join our team in our **Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico** location. This person will plan and carries out policies related to all phases of the Accounting activity.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. **Other duties may be assigned.
- Invoice entry in SAP for all WHO entities.
- Review of vendor statements.
- Coordinate weekly cash requisition for vendor payments.
- Draft checks/bank transfers for vendor payments.
- Review and post freight invoices.
- Review and post utility invoices.
- Support with month-end close activities.
- Assist Accounting Manager in all accounting department activities.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Accounting degree.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- English 70-80%.
