Main activities
1) Planning and execution of Quality-activities of project-related product and process development
2) 'Moderation and participate in developing of process FMEAs according general rules (AIAG/VDA)
3) Planning and support of internal and external audits
4) Support at SOP in the plants"
5) Manage and Support new development process and ensures supplier involvement throughout the project stages until PPAP is approved.
6) Create offers for QM in case of customer-request
7) Coordination and support of initial samples/ Initial builds (Modul assembly and single parts)"
8) Develop specific quality-methods
9) Training of quality-methods for plant quality team.
10) Meet project quality-targets
11) Lead Customer meetings for quality topics"
12) Develop Holding and Checking fixtures and perform MSA studies and customer approvals.
13) Manage and lead APQP activities for OP mobility assembly and complete PPAP process with customer. Implements customer/project requirements with suppliers and OP mobility Plants
14) Coordination of measurement activities with plant
15) Creation of all Quality related documents during the project
16) Analysis and presentation of dimensional data.- Profile:
- Engineering degree
English advanced
Working knowledge of Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) standards, including AIAG Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC) and APQP. Corrective actions. Microsoft office. Dimensional analysis tools, VDA standards
Min 5 years in Quality Management as Advanced quality Engineer or equivalent.
Experience with Tesla (preferable), VW, Audi, Stellantis, GM
