Estamos contratando un **Supervisor de Producción **en nuestra Unidad de Negocios de **Powertrain** con sede en **Aguascalientes, México**. En este puesto serás responsable de Administrar las líneas del departamento de Producción que están bajo su responsabilidad, cumpliendo con los objetivos y procedimientos de la planta referentes a seguridad, calidad y producción, motivando al personal, tomando acciones correctivas y de disciplina operativa; vigilando siempre el correcto funcionamiento de la operación, la maquinaría, el herramental y el flujo del proceso.
**Responsabilidades clave**
- Administrar las actividades de los líderes de Producción y el Personal Operativo de su departamento
- Determinar las necesidades de la maquinaría
- Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de la Operación
- Elaborar reportes de la Administración del área
- Motivación y capacitación del personal.

Procedimientos de trazabilidad
Interpretación de Procedimientos de Calidad
Conocimiento de números de Parte por Modelo
Conocimiento Intermedio-Avanzado de proceso de Valvulas de Admisión y Escape.
Conocimiento de Equipos de Rectificado de Valvulas, Tornos, Equipos de Control Numerico.
