Overview:
Customer would look for someone in the higher end of the 5-10 years exp bracket, such that the Dev is able to help with:

- Tech Support for P1/P2 issues during North America hours
- Regular Enhancement Dev work (along with Offshore)
- Leverage Onshore hours and obtain Requirement clarity from BA/ Product partners/ Architects during North America hours and help guide the Offshore Team accordingly:for AEM changes
- Strong experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles
Experience and in-depth knowledge of Experience fragments, Content fragments and SPA.
- Experience in few front-end web technologies HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (React js/Angular) and responsive web technologies.
Working in Agile development practices and scrum model.
- Ability to design, develop, implement complex requirement.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Pro-active support to the business as needed
