Responsible for leading the site leadership team on development and implementation of CI strategy, including leaing productivity projects and ensuring a robus Cost Productivity Roadmap across CFTs
Develop and ensure a common approach to process improvement standards and methodology is practiced across the site.
Manage the CI / Industrial Engineering / Facilities and Security teams across CMX sites.
Ensures strategy for new sites from a facilities, security and industrial design perspective.
Keep abreast of best practices (in the both broader Celestica network and the industry) to integrate back into the function/region.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Demonstrated success in leading/facilitating a Continous Improvement transformation
- Experience of identifying the need for and implementing process and facility improvements that resulted in significant gains in operational efficiencies
- Proven project management and organizational skills and expertise
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority by acting as a change agent
- Experience in key facets of complex manufacturing and support function environments
- Demonstrated experience in deploying CI across entire value streams
- Proven Experrience in security plan and programs to provide a safe, healthy, secure and productive work environment, at mínimal costs, without impacting employee/operational effectiveness.
- Experience in delivering facilities projects, including preparation of statement of requirements, all architectural and design engineering activity, the preparation of design drawings, specifications and contracts for tender and construction, and managing the construction delivery process.
- Project Costing / Planning and management of facilities and assets.
- Management of site facilities staff, including security, maintenance, business center staff and/or contractors.
- Strtegic Security direction, policy development and interpretation, on-going direction, control, counseling of employees at all levels.
- Broad Knowledge of security & facilities standars and regulations
- Black Belt Certificate, Major experience in Industrial Engineering, Ramps and CI System implementation and benchmarking

**Typical Experience**:
10+ Year of Experience in similar positions in EMS industry
10+ experience in implementing LEAN Systems in the shop floor
15+ Implementation of New Technology & Ramp of new business in similar industries
Prior experience in a Director level or Sr Manager role of similiar size, scope and complexity.
