** STATEMENT**:
The DevOps Engineer I is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and supporting all DevOps activities infrastructure. Provide consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and configuration

**Responsibilities Level I**
- Responsible for executing, testing, implementing, and supporting all DevOps activities and infrastructure.
- Provides direct technical support in problem management, integration, and configuration
- Responsible for coding and maintenance of DevOps automation.
- Responsible for designing all DevOps activities and infrastructure.
- Provides consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning.
- Provides consultation for problem management, integration, and configuration.

Job Qualifications:
**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in DevOps Automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, Pipelines, Automated Testing)
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
- Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment within a team and beyond
- Strong understanding of change management
- Excellent decision-making skills

**Certificates / Training**:

- Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundational level

**Experience Level I**:

- 1+ experience in systems administration or DevOps tools administration
- Experience in working in DevOps teams in an Agile Delivery/onshore-offshore model
- Experience in general automation of infrastructure, provisioning, and configuration management functions
- Experience with release, workflow management, or in a variety of phases spanning the release lifecycle
- Experience supporting configuration management activities to establish and maintain the integrity of the products

**Education Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's in information technology, computer science or related field
