The **Mexico LTL Administrator** plays an integral part in our fast-growing Administration team. The Administrator’s main purpose is to manage activities related to rating, billing, and carrier management. They are responsible for providing administrative support to enhance the execution of our Pricing & Admin team’s goals and daily activities. They must be well organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and have a keen sense of timeliness in carrying out daily activities.

**Specific Responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining and updating our customer rate table.
- Reviewing and approving payables discrepancies.
- Involved with general business audits of our operations and customers to review accuracy and outline gaps.
- Other tasks as assigned including but not limited to, administrative support, customer service support, dock administration or operations support as the business needs may change.
- 1-2 years experience in administration and/or customer service.
- Prior transportation industry experience is an asset.
- Sound analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Advanced English skills - written and verbal.
