**TU ROL**:
Como Distribution Center Help Desk dirigirá las operaciones diarias del departamento de Help Desk del Centro de Distribución. Brindarás asistencia a las sucursales de Fastenal respondiendo a las llamadas del servicio de asistencia relacionadas con pedidos y/o productos. Proporcionará orientación para garantizar que las operaciones se realicen de forma correcta, eficiente y puntual.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Los deberes y responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

- Dirigir y formar a los miembros del equipo
- Comunicarse con los empleados y las sucursales
- Asistir a las sucursales con preguntas relacionadas con el producto por teléfono, correo electrónico o tickets
- Recuperar el producto para los clientes en nuestro centro de distribución o Cumplir con las normas de seguridad

**CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO**:

- Experiência previa en administración/servicio al cliente, experiência en el sector industrial
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Trabajar de forma independiente, así como en un ambiente de equipo
- Disposición y capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible
- Demostrar nuestros valores fundamentales: Ambición, Innovación, Integridad y trabajo en equipo.
- Levantar, deslizar y bajar paquetes de material que normalmente pesan 10 - 20 kg
- Inglés conversacional
- Paquete Microsoft Office
- Aptitud matemática, atención al detalle y sentido de la urgencia

**CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO**:

- Experiência laboral previa en puestos de liderazgo
- Conocimiento del producto
- Licencia de conducir vigente (Deseable)
