**Clinimed Polanco is looking for a bilingual receptionist**:
**We are looking for a person**:

- That has a very good level of English **(the first virtual interview will be with a native speaker)**:

- With a customer-centric mindset.
- Interested in helping other people by improving their health.
- That has empathy with international people.
- With a strong team attitude, willing to go the extra mile to help the patients.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Commercial.
- We accept students with the bachelor's degrees described above.
- Desired: Experience in the medical / pharmaceutical/laboratory sector.
- Solid knowledge of the customer service area.
- Essential: Use of digital tools and cloud tools (Google Workspace).

**Job description**:

- Welcome and accompany the patient in their consultation journey from the first call to the discharge.
- Answer international calls/messages.
- Go the extra mile when taking care of patients´ requests, like a reference to other specialists, booking appointments, and follow-up of special requests.
- Champion the supply of medications to patients through online consultations until the final delivery.
- Be in charge of invoicing, both on-site and online.
- Create marketing materials and initiatives in social media, the internet, and industry events.
- Advocate for patients about other services available.
