Client Operations Support - Professional I

**Analista Deployment (supply chain)**

**Responsabilidades**
- Control de calidad de servicios de campo (Asignaciones) y generación de ordenes de servicio
- Notificaciones de instalaciones diarias a los equipos comerciales para su seguimiento
- Seguimiento a servicios y escalamientos del equipo Comercial
- Creación y parametrización de información de los comercios, diagnósticos de TPVS, pruebas de estrés de nuevos productos, versiones y TMS
- Soporte a técnicos con cargas de aplicaciones, creación o restablecimiento de ID de terminales, información de MID necesaria para servicios de campo y mantenimiento de parámetros.
- Coordinación para la atención de servicios por medio de mensajería especializada, generación de Rutas, control de insumos y stock para atención de servicios de campo
- Capacitación de nuevos productos y reforzamiento de atención a técnicos de servicios de campo
- Generación de remesa de servicios y asignación de proveedores
- Actualización del reporte de servicios (Deployment), generación de métricas y actualización de reportes
- Actualización y registro de usuarios para la herramienta servicios de campo
- Adoptar las tecnologías necesarias para controlar la logística integral en etapas tan cruciales como la última milla.
- Capacidad de atención a clientes tanto internos como externos
- Apoyar en estrategias para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área y de la empresa
- Diseño de nuevos procedimientos o soluciones para el área que permita optimizar los procesos actuales
- Gestión de proveedores para el seguimiento de los servicios asignados a ellos
- Capacitación a los proveedores de servicios de campo, sobre las nuevas implementaciones tanto en proceso como de productos

**Requisitos**
- 2 o 3 años de Experiência: Sólidos conocimientos en Logística, Servicio al Cliente. Conocimiento de herramientas de mejora continua, manejo de bases de datos.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Experiência en Supply Chain, Field Services, control de inventarios, herramientas de gestión de almacenaje y surtido, Excel intermedio/ avanzado con conocimiento de Macros (Deseable).
- Conocimiento en proceso de importación, marco regulatorio y gestiona aduana: procesos aduanales son un plus
- Habilidades Personales: Cooperación Transversal, Enfoque a Resultados, Actuar para el cambio y mejora continua
- Educación: Licenciatura en administración, logística, cadena de suministros o afines
- Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio.
