**Job Summary**
As a **Project Manage**r in our team, you will lead and manage key processes to ensure compliance with the objectives of each business unit. Your role will be fundamental for financial control, effective management of human and technical resources, and guaranteeing the satisfaction and permanence of our clients in GP Strategies.
We are searching for a professional in Engineering or Administrative careers. With experience in the automotive sector and team leadership, we are looking for someone who is an innovative leader, capable of driving growth and excellence in the automotive sector through their strategic vision, management skills and customer-centric approach.
**Main Activities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:
- Strategically lead and coordinate processes to meet business unit objectives in the automotive sector.
- Ensure financial control and optimal allocation of human and technical resources for client success.
**Account Growth and Development**:
- Maintain and expand account growth, ensuring optimal levels of satisfaction and loyalty with GP Strategies.
- Design and develop innovative commercial proposals that drive account growth in the automotive sector.
**Development and Training**:
- Schedule and ensure high quality technical and commercial training for our clients, guaranteeing its update and excellence in the sector.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in the automotive industry, understanding the dynamics and challenges.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience in People management: previous experience leading teams and projects, demonstrating strong management and motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of learning and training techniques, adapted to the needs of the automotive sector.
- Bachelors degree in Engineer, Business Administration or related ares.
- Master Business Administration / Post degree.
- Desirable languages: English.
