Lead Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) or Local Sales Organization (DC). To drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery, and Lead-Time, to be accountable for inventory and supply plan adherence.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Generating detailed the Master Scheduler Lead for designated products.
- Utilize the production capacity, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.
- Perform supply-demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months.
- Make delivery commitments on MTO products, which involve checking uncommitted material and availability of capacity. Develop inventory targets and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.
- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels to ensure high service levels, i.e., product availability. Ensure coordination with plant schedulers to execute the Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan on a weekly basis.
- Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with Materials, Schedulir, Planning, etc.
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
- Advanced level of English required.
- Proficiency in SAP and Office.
- Experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems.
- Experience working with MTS-MTO Production Systems.
