**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter and update data accurately in various database systems and software.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Manage and organize large sets of data in spreadsheets and other digital formats.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Follow data confidentiality and security policies.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.
**Qualifications**:
- Able to write, read in English
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Onsite position at our office.
