**The HR Coordinator challenge in a few words**:
Your main challenge in this role is to improve and deliver tools to support the employee lifecycle through programs and projects focused on the growth and development of every employee. You will be the employee main contact for any inquiry they may have.

**Your contribution in this role**:

- Participates in the recruitment process for North America
- Ensure QMS compliance of employee file and Bamboo
- Manage all new hires and onboardings for North America
- Elaborates and shares the pre-payroll report to Finance
- Participates in initiatives in all employee lifecycle (from recruitment experience to employee departure)
- Solve or canalize employee inquiries. Is the main contact for the employee
- Manage the HR inbox for internal communication
- Manage work-life programs for North America
- Support the HRBP with international mobility files
- Administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- ** Degree**:A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or similar**.**:

- ** Experienced**:Possess 1 to 3 years of experience as HR.
- ** Proficiency**:

- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in recruitment and agency management
- ** Softskills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Compliance
- Proactive
- Autonomous
- Initiative
- Strong ownership of responsibilities can be managed by objectives alone, but skilled at escalating issues when necessary.
- ** Multilingual**:High fluent in Spanish and English written & spoken. French is a plus
