Driver & Personal Assistant

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting the CEO and his associates to their destinations. You will operate cars or vans. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth and timely transportation experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safe Transportation: Safely operate vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the well-being of passengers, goods, and yourself.
- Route Planning: Plan and determine the most efficient routes to reach destinations, considering factors such as traffic, road conditions, and time constraints.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain assigned vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in proper working order. Report any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers in embarking and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Provide a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Cargo Handling: Safely load, secure, and unload goods or materials, following proper handling procedures and ensuring their integrity during transportation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including trip logs, fuel consumption, mileage, and any incident or accident reports as required by company policies and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Adherence to Regulations: Stay up-to-date with traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure timely pick-ups, deliveries, or arrivals, while adapting to unforeseen circumstances or changes in schedules.
- Emergency Response: Respond calmly and appropriately to emergency situations, including accidents, breakdowns, or medical incidents, following established protocols.

Qualifications:

- Basic English speaking skills.
- Valid visa to enter the USA.
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be operated.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
- 5 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle various types of vehicles and equipment.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks, as well as sitting or driving for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Professional and responsible attitude with a strong focus on safety.
