- Reporting to Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves_
- process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Define, Implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability._
- _ Identifying root causes of failures in the manufacturing process._
- _ Constant contact with Client._
- _ Participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues_
- _ Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_
- _ Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies._
- _ Trouble shoot process related issues._
- _ Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._
- _ Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products._
- _ Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements._
- _ Develop and maintain process documentation._
- _ Review processing methods._
- _ Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs._

- _ Full engineer experience in Process Engineering._
- _ Bachelor´s Degree._
- _ English 80%._
- _ Fixture backend design._
- _ Assembly fixtures._
- _ Flow definition._
- _ Work station design._
- _ Production line balancing._
- _ Lean Manufacturing._
- _ Six Sigma Knowledge._
- _ Leadership skills and experience._
- _ CP, CPK, control limits._
