**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, manufactura o afin
- Ingles ( avanzado).
- Experiência operaciones, cadena de suministro, Manufactura, Implementaciones, calidad, mejora continua, costos, desarrollo de proyectos, gestion de equipo de trabajos multidisciplinarios.
- Disponibilidad de Horario

**Funciones del Rol**
- Analizar y revisar las operaciones, los resultados, los comentarios e información relacionada con operaciones/almacenamiento de manera continua para determinar las tendencias, extraer conclusiones, interpretar los hallazgos, presentar los resultados, las propuestas y las recomendaciones a la gerencia.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de objetivos de proyecto/programa de operaciones/almacenamiento, que incluye presupuestos, plazos, materiales, personal y otros requerimientos del proyecto, recibe orientación y presenta información a la gerencia.

El ingeniero de mejora continua es responsable de desarrollar soluciones logísticas y de cadena de suministro. Entre sus responsabilidades incluye simulación y análisis de desarrollo de procesos y su optimización. A su vez el ingeniero de proyectos trabaja en actividades de mejora en productividad y eficiencia operativa. Esta posición dispone trabajo en conjunto con las áreas operativas y de soporte para resolver problemas y mejorar los procesos.
- Principales áreas de enfoque y responsabilidad / detalle en orden de importancia las principales:
1 Capaz de sintetizar y entender requerimientos de cotización de los clientes para preparar el diseño operativo que cumpla con las expectativas de estos.
- 2 Conocimientos de ingeniería y logística como: generación de layouts, hojas de instrucción, diagramas de flujo, balanceo de líneas.
- 3 Capaz de interactuar constantemente con clientes y proveedores internos y externos para el desarrollo de proyectos.
- 4 Capaz de desarrollar propuestas escritas para clientes internos y externos (Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis)
- 5 Hábil para realizar modelos conceptuales operativos.**Competencias Requeridas**
