Warehouse Assistant

**Position Objective**
Support the efficient operation of the warehouse with a particular emphasis on manufacturing and production tasks. This includes receiving shipments, assembling boxes, labeling, filling bottles, and ensuring products are ready for distribution. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring high standards of quality and safety in the warehouse.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Receiving Shipments**

Verify deliveries against purchase orders and inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**

Accurately record and track stock levels using both CRM systems and manual logs. Ensure correct labeling and proper storage to prevent damage or contamination.
- **Manufacturing and Production Support**:

- Assemble boxes and product packaging.
- Place labels accurately on bottles and containers.
- Fill bottles and containers with product as per specified guidelines.
- Ensure all production tasks meet quality and safety standards.
- **Quality Control**

Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on products and raw materials, ensuring compliance with company standards, including expiration dates and product integrity.
- **Product Storage and Organization**

Safely store materials in designated areas, considering temperature, humidity, and compatibility. Use proper handling techniques to minimize damage.
- **Order Fulfillment**

Assist in picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Shipping Documentation**

Prepare shipping labels and packing slips. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and coordinate pickups with logistics providers.
- **Raw Material Handling**

Receive, inspect, and store raw materials used in production, ensuring they meet quality and safety requirements.
- **Cleanliness and Safety**

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure production areas meet hygiene standards to prevent contamination.

- **Gender**: Female
- **Language Skills**: Intermediate/Advanced English (written and verbal).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with cosmetic products and similar industries.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy and organization in all tasks.
- **Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving**

Familiarity with shipping procedures and tools to ensure smooth fulfillment processes.
- **Inventory Management**

Ability to manage and review inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- **Manufacturing & Production Skills**

Experience with assembly tasks such as filling, labeling, and packaging products.
- **Attention to Detail**

Strong focus on accuracy in inventory control, product labeling, and quality checks.
- **Physical Fitness**

Capable of performing tasks that require lifting and moving materials.
- **Communication & Teamwork**

Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain clear communication.
- **CRM Proficiency**

Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.

**Benefits**
- Gross Monthly Salary Range from 10 to $12,000.00 MXN based on experience.

**Working Hours part time**:
**Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM**

Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
