Manage system specific updates (i.e. Links to Portal Solutions, Updated IT Security/Policy Documentation); expect this will grow to assist other departments.

Assist in compilation / gathering of KPI information for Monthly Reporting requirements (MOR, Monthly KPI)

Portal Security Management (i.e. DDL, Covisint, Office365)
- Onboarding, Offboarding Webasto Colleagues related to IT equipment, including training of basic functionality of Webasto IT Environment
- Asset Management of IT Equipment within current IT Service Desk / Asset Management Solution (HelpLine)
- Manage Audio / Visual Equipment during Company Meetings, Departmental Events (i.e. Supplier Day), as well as the upcoming SAP Template Rollout Activities
- Backfill Site Coordinator duties for Holiday / time off as needed
- Help adhere to Global Processes (IT Related)
- Other Duties as needed

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
