**Governance and Intelligence Manager**

**Purpose of the Position**:
The Governance and Intelligence Manager will provide knowledge and certainty to the security processes through rigorous methodologies and structured analytic techniques that will provide thorough assessments to enrich ENGIE´s security strategy in all its business Units, always in line with the group's security policy and that of Mexico, as well as all its resulting procedures

**Responsabilities and Job Functions**:

- Transform information into a strategic advantage, to anticipate threats, to prevent risks and to secure ENGIE, in the national political, social and security context of Mexico.
- Inform and advise the leadership on political, social and security dynamic of the country to provide knowledge and understanding on the local reality and its potential impact on the security of all GBU´s.
- Assess the political, social, security dynamic of the country in order to alert on potential security trends that could impact ENGIE, in all its GBU’s and/or all its members, thus endangering the continuity and integrity of ENGIE.
- Forecast and develop scenarios of potential security risks and threats that could impact one or all GBU’s.
- Monitor the political, social and security dynamic of ENGIE’s areas of operation to update the ENGIE’s risk atlas accordingly.
- Support all GBU’s decisions with information and knowledge of risks and opportunities for the development and successful operation of business.
- Develop and process documentation needed to support the security duties in all GBU’s, in accordance with the group’s security policy as well as the local security policy.
- Liaise and coordinate with security authorities at the three levels of government, local, state and federal, to facilitate the correct emergency management with the support of authorities, as the situation demands.

**Ocupational Profile**:

- REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: _
- _Degree in social sciences (political science, international relations, intelligence, or criminalistics) or comparable military training._
- _Master o Specialty in Security or intelligence (DESIRABLE)_
- TECHNICAL SKILLS:_
- Structured Analytic Techniques, Intelligence Analysis, Forecast and Scenario Building._
- Intermediate English._
- 10 years of verifiable experience in security, either national, public or private. Verifiable involvement in intelligence activities or comparable equivalent years of service in armed forces. Experience in in similar intelligence positions, either in public or private sector._
- Critical thinking, analytic, synthesis and writing skills._
