**Función Básica**:Dar seguimiento a las quejas de cliente CQM & RMA de la división de Power Systems asi como implementar la mejora continua en los procesos de PS para la reducción de CQM & RMA asi como coordinar y ejecutar las actividades asociadas a la evaluación de desempeño de proveedores por medio de WISPER.

Establecer y coordinar las inspecciones PPAP de acuerdo a los estándares de la industria que permitan el desarrollo de nuevos componentes y/o proveedores.

**Funciones a realizar**:

- Llevar a cabo la junta mensual de lecciones aprendidas en las divsiones de PD & PS
- Implementación y manejo de WISPER (Eaton´s "Worldwide Interactive Supplier Performance Evaluation Resource").
- Seguimiento a proveedores en WISPER.
- Localizar y calificar proveedores nuevos y existentes para fabricar componentes nuevos.
- Establecer e implementar PPAP de acuerdo a los estandares de la industria.
- Coordinar las inspecciones PPAP / primera pieza y analizar las discrepancias.
- Lectura y comprensión de diagramas (eléctricos y mecánicos) y especificaciones..
- Gestionar la obsolescencia del inventario a medida que se eliminan los componentes antiguos y se introducen los nuevos.
- Reuniones con los equipos de Ingeniería de producto e Ingeniería de manufactura para disposición de Excesos y Obsoletos.
- Reporte de gráficas comparativas de Excesos y Obsoletos.
- Determinar caracteristicas especiales de articulos existentes y/o nuevo articulos.
- Participa en Sistemas de Calidad y de Administración Ambiental, cumpliendo con los requerimientos de las normas DE ISO-9001 Y 14001.
- Conocimiento del funcionamiento de los sistemas AS400 y MAPICS.
- Administrar y dar mantenimiento a Excesos y Obsoletos por medio del análisis de uso anual, así como sus características de operación eléctrica y mecánica.
- Cuando sea requerido, apoyar en la realización de la inspección de los materiales, productos, maquilas y equipos comprados (nacionales e importados) conforme a las especificaciones, dibujos, planos, catálogos o planes de inspección de recibo referidos y determinar su disposición. En el caso de materiales, productos, maquilas y equipos comprados no conformes, segregar e informar al área de compras y almacén recibo sobre el rechazo para su disposición y levantamiento de las acciones correctivas requeridas, asimismo informar detalladamente al proveedor la no conformidad, asignar y dar seguimiento y archivar los reportes de acciones correctivas cuando apliquen.
- Cumplir con las diferentes actividades asignadas por su supervisor o algún requerimiento especial de la compañía.

Participación activa en programas y comités de mejora continua (programa de ideas, eventos kaizen, 5'S y juntas Tier
