**Responsibilities**:

- Support attorneys in managing bankruptcy cases, particularly those pertaining to California law.
- Conduct thorough legal research on bankruptcy statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, and correspondence, adhering to California legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Maintain meticulous records and case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide administrative assistance to attorneys as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a legal environment, with specific exposure to California bankruptcy law.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
