IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough wipe loads on devices to remove the current operating system.
- Install and configure Windows 11 on a variety of devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the reimaging process.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth transition and mínimal disruption to end-users.
- Document and maintain records of all reimagined devices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, with expertise in installing and configuring Windows 11.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with device reimaging processes and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity throughout the reimagining process.

**Additional information**:
**Please be noted that the start date for this position is 4th March 2024 & end date is 29th March 2024. In between these 27 days, you will have to work for only 18 days**
