Interior Designer

We are hiring an** Interior Designer for Interiors Exploration & Mkt Studio** to translate conceptual design into applied design solutions across the entire Steelcase and partners portfolio. All this leveraging our research, insights, trends and Marketing Strategy.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Performs work that is varied and that may be moderately difficult in complexity
- Some creativity, originality and innovation are required.
- Responsible for creating relevant and on-brand design solutions that represent a concept or an idea with fluent knowledge of the current portfolio.
- Contact and collaborate with other departments to support varied projects.

**Who You Are**:
The Interior Designer has a complete understanding of design solutions, concepts, product ranges, different project types and processes of the interior design role; deals with moderately complex problems which might need supervision by the senior designer/design lead, but does work independently to solve many challenges; understands and applies standard concepts, practices, procedures within the studio; able to respond alone to lower complexity problems; has exposure and routine contact with other departments within the organization.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in interior design and architecture
- Advanced English level - spoken and written.
- Previous experience working with clients, identifying their design needs and creating solutions based on those needs and other factors.
- An updated portfolio ready for sharing is required.

- Specification and Specials
- Global Steelcase Portfolio knowledge
- Knowledge in Generative AI tools
- pCon, Sketchup, PowerPoint and Mural knowledge.
