**Regional WiFi Tech Leader**

**Role Proposal**:
This is a significant and high profile initiative, and as such we are looking for a Senior Technologist with experience in WIFI Switching & Routing technology, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions.

**Responsabilities**:

- As our LAM WIFI Lead Manager you will (activities):

- Build direct relationships with trading desks, technology teams and leadership, delivering the goals of WIFI stability and resilience across HSBC's infrastructure
- Excellent analytical, design and development skills. Able to lead a team in an agile environment within an Agile framework
- Manage programme strategy and programme approach across a range of projects or activities, generating stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of technical requirements, and challenges.
- Delivering, Governing and Reporting to stakeholders including the Product Owner in the business, Head of a Service Line or Product within Technology
- Drive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) in line with the relevant transformation frameworks across the bank
- Ensuring Technology programmes align with HSBC strategies and contribute to achieving strategic objectives
Managing the development and promotion of the Technology portfolio and project management practices
- Managing the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and making recommendations to influence decision making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
Requirements**Requirements**:

- Experience in Wifi Implementation (switching and routing)
- Cisco Certifications (CCNA and CCNP)
- Experience in Infrastructure
