**Customer Service Representative**

Asegurar que los pedidos de los clientes se entreguen en tiempo y forma, creando una experiência positiva al cliente.

**RESPONSABILIDAD**
- Brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes
- Ingresar de pedidos en SAP
- Asegurar que el departamento de ventas conozca las políticas de la empresa
- Trabajar en conjunto con el departamento de ventas
- Asegurar la entrega de pedidos a clientes en tiempo y forma interrelacionando con las diferentes áreas de la empresa.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Comerciales o alguna relacionada con la administración
- Con experiência en el área de servicio al cliente o ventas
- Disponibilidad para viajar en un 20%
- Manejo sistema Office intermedio -avanzado
- **Inglés: Nível intermedio preferentemente**:

- Buena ortografía
- Orientado a objetivos
- Actitud de servicio

- Dinámico y con iniciativa
- Comunicación asertiva
- Manejo de conflictos
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Proactividad
- Búsqueda de solución con clientes internos y externos

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Preferentemente Manejo de SAP
- Preferentemente conocimientos en Lotus Note
- Manejo sistema Office intermedio -avanzado
- Preferentemente conocimientos en Sales Force

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
