**Requisitos**:
**Responsibilities**:

- CSS Core Personnel:
Manage employee onboarding/resignation procedures: complete employee onboarding and transfer procedures, employee resignation procedures, and control employee hiring risks;
Execute all procedures for employee onboarding and employee termination/probation/employment contract renewal processes;
Serve as attendance system administrator, responsible for the operation of the attendance system, execute attendance procedures, handle vacation, overtime and related work hour jobs;
- Talent Acquisition:
Responsible for daily recruiting, maintaining recruiting channels, posting recruiting demand information, collecting resumes, setting up interview appointments and establishing talent information database;
Consolidate and update periodic recruitment data reports;
- Payroll and Benefits:
Execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure proper execution of compensation and benefits through internal and external partners;
Handle all salary related work, not limited to calculating salary data and providing funding to pay;
Responsible for the implementation of employee social security, personal income tax and other benefits;
- TrainingTraining:
Conducting research and analysis of training needs, developing diversified learning projects, and ensuring that training outcomes are achieved;
Collecting, sorting and analyzing training data and continuously improving learning styles based on analysis results;
- Completing other duties as assigned by corporate headquarters.

Minimum requirements
- ️Hard Skills

Experience in the Area
- More than 3 years of human resources related work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
- Spanish and English is a must; Chinese can be a plus;
- Mature, motivated, enthusiastic, resilient and able to work independently under pressure;
- Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
