LIDER DE SEGMENTO DE PRODUCCION

**Responsabilidades**:
'o Planifica la capacidad de producción (equipos, personal) y los horarios (incl. P. ej.: turnos adicionales) de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente y la planificación de S&OP. (Prototipos de preproducción/producción en serie/postventa)
- Coordina el uso óptimo del equipo de producción
- Garantiza la puntualidad en la producción completa (pedidos internos y externos)
- Supervisa el logro de los objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales de acuerdo con el calendario y prepara planes de acciones correctivas para el incumplimiento
- Prepara y supervisa los presupuestos anuales (p. ej., personal / eficiencia, etc.) e inicia acciones correctivas en busca de desviaciones
- Análisis de los resultados de producción del día anterior (por ejemplo, eficiencia, calidad, desperdicio de productos, rechazos, etc.) e identifica e introduce las contramedidas necesarias (por ejemplo, KOSU, KATA) y/o garantiza el escalamiento
- Trabaja junto con OPEX y ofrece funciones de apoyo en proyectos de mejora (QCD/Lean/VSM, etc.)
- Utiliza y aplica el ciclo PDCA para mejorar los procesos y sistemas del área de responsabilidad
- Lidera la interdisciplinar y contribuye al proceso de mejora continua (CIP)
- Garantiza y contribuye a la satisfacción del cliente (comunicación/visitas de asistencia/auditorías/calidad, etc.)
- Cumple con los plazos y garantiza el cumplimiento de todos los KPI requeridos y las acciones correctivas para no lograrlo
- Cumple los requisitos de calidad y aplica las herramientas de calidad (QRQC/Stop at first defect/ 8D etc.)
- Proporciona soporte para la implementación de nuevos proyectos/cambios del año del modelo/cambios de ingeniería.
- Gestiona la organización y el desarrollo del equipo (reuniones de comunicación/gestión de empleados (ejecución/ausencia/acción/desarrollo/acuerdo de objetivos/contratación/motivación, etc.)

**Escolaridad Requerida**:

- Ingeniería industrial o afín.

**Experiência Requerida**:

- 2 a 3 años de experiência en puesto similar.
