CAD-Designer Harness (2D/3D)

MX-SON-Hermosillo - HER000099

**Your tasks**:

- Translation of 3D CAD data to 2D using Capital Suite.
- Constant interaction with product and manufacturing engineering, prototypes area, and customer to verify components information, materials and specifications that are necessary for the process.
- Analysis of engineering changes required by the customer.
- Generate BOM and upload it into our ERP systems
- Uses related 2D/3D CAD software tools e.g. CATIA, PRO-E,CREO.
- Uses harness development processes and methods e.g. VOBES
- Performs efficient design tasks according to appropriate LEONI and customer guidelines and specification
- Maintains high knowledge about wiring harnesses and related production processes
- Works in close cooperation with related Internal customers
- Uses relevant methods and tools e.g. FMEA, DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

**Your skills**:

- Industrial, Mechanics, Mechatronics engineering degree
- 1 year of work experience
- English advanced language (80%)
- AutoCAD, MS Office Knowledge
- Root cause & Kaizen tools
- Ability to work result oriented
- Ability to work in a team work
- LEONI Manufacturing Plant experience at least 1 year(optional)
