We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a IT Engineer

**Preferred experience**:

- 6-8 years SAP MM (ECC/ SAP S/4HANA)modules expertise: solid foundation in SAP MM, including procurement processes, complex inventory management, logistics dynamics and master data
- Proficiency in properly configuring the SAP MM system and its seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Analytical skills: analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies and deliver targeted solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate teams and cross-functional resources
- Interfaces with Ariba modules

**Activities**:

- Provide day to day support to Change request management and incident management to all the live countries in the areas of MM.
- End to end ownership of ticket management including co-ordination with the customer and internal team.
- Management of global changes in MM area as requested by business.
- Streamlines AMS support process - meeting SLA target continuously.
- Report the status of the tickets/resolutions with the client management weekly & monthly.
- Review the SAP CR/Case status with SAP MM POC from client to give the faster & appropriate status and resolution.
- Connect with Key Users - proactive feedback collection from end customers.
- Support key business initiatives like Innovative Idea sapling.
