**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be Responsible to align Gates catalogue against customer corporate accounts requirements feeding their systems with Gates catalogue information updating periodically considering new gates part numbers developed, changes in images or technical information and part number cancelled. Will be able to participate in projects, review & correct technical information for advertising, additionally will prepare partial information for key projects focused on Marketing strategies, supported by PLM.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Product Data Management Support: Assistance in collection, organization, and product data maintenance, including specifications, attributes, part numbers, and descriptions. Support the cataloging process by entering and updating product information in databases and systems as needed.
- Cataloging Assistance: Assistance in new products cataloging and product variants based on established classification standards and guidelines. Support to validate categorization, attributes, and identifiers to products to facilitate search and retrieval.
- Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Participate in data validation and quality assurance activities to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in product information. Collaborate with team members to address data issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Documentation Support: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, data sheets, and product specifications as directed. Assist in ensuring that product documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, communication, and sales teams to gather product information and requirements.
- Align Gates catalogue against customer corporate account catalogues.
- Keep updated customer corporate accounts against Gates catalog.
- Update product specifications according to the last release provided by PLM.
- Attending customer requirements: List of suggested products to be integrated, cross reference vs competitors.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineer
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Excel, Power Point
- Basic programming skills desirable
- Data base management
- Teamwork
- English Proficiency (Writing, Reading and Speaking)
- Tenacity
- Focus on results.
