**We are searching for the best talent for STAFF ENGINEER to be in JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA.**

**Job Summary**:
As Staff Engineer in Digital & Analytics Solutions team you will be responsible to translate business needs into executable action plans to deploy innovative solutions across Biosense Webster to support Digital Transformation. It is encouraged to work with internal and external partners to evaluate and deploy information technology hardware and software to address business needs, as well as provide technical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the installation and testing of hardware and software.
- Provides SDLC documentation (design specifications for new and existing systems, computer code, systems tests, etc.)
- Support current systems, and designs and implements complex features as requested.
- Develops computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration.
- Responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures.
- Performs other assigned tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience & Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish/English.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Experience in Front End (CSS, HTML, JQuery and responsive pages).
- Experience in Back End: (C#: Web App, Windows/Console Application and API’s).
- Database proficiency (SQL Server, SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services).
- Other software tools required: Redhat Linux, Node-RED, Power BI.
- Proven understanding of software validation methodologies, SDLC / CSV, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with Unit Testing and software Verification and Validation processes.
- Proven understanding of Lean, Six Sigma tools.
- Technical solving expert.
- Experience with cybersecurity, data governance, and privacy standards.
- Experience with cloud connected technologies and devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with challenging priorities.
