En GXO estamos en busca de nuestro próximo **Specialist, Logistics** para nuestro equipo en **Reynosa.**
En GXO diseñamos las cadenas de suministro más rápidas, inteligentes y eficientes.
Tenemos un compromiso con la INNOVACION que CAMBIA LAS REGLAS DEL JUEGO y es una de las características que definen la tecnología logística de GXO. Estamos diseñando cadenas de suministro que transforman la logística de hoy y se adelantan al futuro.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Mantener actualizada la información del producto del cliente en el sistema WMS, de acuerdo con las cargas y descargas de los embarques.
- Realizar movimientos de entrada de material en el sistema WMS de acuerdo con la documentación de recibo o reabastecimiento del producto.
- Brindar seguimiento a las órdenes, comunicando con su Jefe directo cualquier desviación, retraso o estatus de los embarques en tránsito.
- Atender requerimientos del cliente acerca de los embarques ya sea por teléfono, correo electrónico o en persona.
- Generar reportes semanales de inventarios desde el sistema WMS para la validación del material físico ya sea para reabastecimiento o surtido.
**Requisitos**:
- Indispensable Secundaria o bachillerato concluido.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en procesos administrativos de almacenaje: captura, seguimiento de embarques.
- Excel intermedio (Formulas y Tablas dinámicas).
- Deseable manejo de WMS.
