We are looking for experience in working collaboratively as part of larger team, and the ability to communicate ideas and vision to cross functional stakeholders. You should have experience in building out multiple concepts and getting them in front of customers to test and validate. You’re never settled with the first solution, and you are motivated to continually iterate on the experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Conduct all stages of UX research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing, and reporting out insights
- Synthesize feedback from multiple partners into key design changes
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns
- Work with Product Managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design within your product
- Be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and having the drive to advance his/her knowledge in the domain of UX Design standards
- Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences
- Ability to work autonomously but able to work well within a team
- Lead the production of research plans and reports, service & experience diagrams, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows using key tools such as Figma

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience minimum working on complex software, transactional or ecommerce, with medium to large-sized teams, preferably with offshore developers
- Experience in both agile & waterfall methodologies
- Strong creative, design, and visualization skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Advanced analysis skills and conceptual and critical thinking skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to frequent change
- Experience using Figma preferred
- Strong time management, managing multiple types of scope at the same time
- Able to conduct research in a fully remote setting
- Work in Eastern time zone
- Fluent in English
