**Are You Looking to**
- Develop yourself as a coach.
- Carry out training for new and transferred operating personnel.
- Explain the security risks implicit in the operation.
- Provide feedback to the group leader and supervisor of situations that arise.

**Are You Ready to**
- Playing an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.
- Implementing activities to maximize equipment efficiency in order to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.
- Operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product, performing quality checks and pallet release duties.

**Job Requirements**:
**What You’ll Need**
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
