Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Remote (Costa Rica/Mexico)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives with a focus on MarTech execution. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex projects while driving them from inception through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Create, track, and report on project plans, including milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
Drive projects forward by simplifying complex requirements and removing roadblocks
Lead multiple projects from initiation through execution with a proven delivery track record
Manage project risks, cross-dependencies, and budgets
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QE, and Product Management teams
Capture, publish, and follow up on meeting notes, action items, and inter-team communications
Partner with IT and Business program owners to develop accurate resource estimates
Leverage project data and metrics to improve productivity and cost efficiency for future initiatives

Required Qualifications
~5+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong focus on MarTech project execution
~ Experience managing projects from inception through implementation
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
~ Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams
~ Metric-driven team management using Agile methodologies
~ Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
~ Significant experience managing project budgets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with personalization or AI-driven projects
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools:
JIRA for project execution
Confluence for reporting and documentation
PMP and/or CSM certification
