Role: This is a full time, contract position.

We're looking for a highly skilled Google Ads specialist with deep experience managing and scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) and ecommerce brands. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands the nuances of every Google Ads product, and can own both strategy and execution.

If you're the kind of media buyer who treats client budgets like your own money, thrives on testing, moves fast, and consistently finds ways to increase ROAS and lower CAC, we want to meet you.

What You'll Own (End-to-End)

You will be the subject matter expert for all things Google Ads:

- Full account ownership for multiple ecommerce brands
- Building campaigns from scratch (search, Shopping, PMax, remarketing, YouTube as needed)
- Account audits and strategic recommendations
- Day-to-day optimizations, scaling, and budget management
- Proactive testing plans: audiences, bids, creative, landing pages
- Creative direction (headlines, copy, image/video guidance — no production)
- Revenue growth and CAC/ROAS performance
- Weekly reporting, insights, and Loom video summaries
- Forecasting and growth planning
- Conversion tracking setup with GTM/GA4 (experience preferred)
- Landing page feedback and CRO recommendations
- Occasional participation in client calls (must speak fluent English)

You'll collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Strategists (account managers), who will use your analysis, Looms, and insights to communicate with clients.

- Curious: Stays on top of Google betas, new formats, and competitive trends

- Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams

Required Experience

- Fluent english
- 3-7+ years managing Google Ads for DTC or ecommerce brands
- Proven experience improving ROAS and lowering CAC
- Strong understanding of Google Shopping and feed optimization
- Strong experience with PMax campaign strategy + structure
- Experience managing $20K to $250K+ /mo in ad spend
- Ability to diagnose and fix tracking issues (via GTM/GA4)
- Experience building highly structured campaigns from scratch
- Experience creating detailed reporting & insights
- Ability to produce Loom videos with clarity and confidence

Communication Expectations

- Communication will take place primarily through email video conferences (Google Meet), email, and Google Chat.
- Be available from 9-5pm Mountain Standard Time.

Performance Expectations

Every client is different, but your core KPIs will be:

- Improve ROAS and/or MER
- Lower customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Drive profitable revenue growth

What Success Looks Like

- You independently run smart creative tests, analyze them, and rapidly iterate
- You present clear, confident insights through Looms + reporting
- You proactively bring new tests and opportunities each week
- You find ways to scale spend without sacrificing CAC
- You own the channel as if it were your own business
