We are looking for a Graphic Designer specialized in project-based work, responsible for leading the execution of design deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining excellent organization, visibility, and operational efficiency within Small Business segment projects.

📍 Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

⏳ Contract duration: 4 months

💼 Contract modality: Independent Contractor / Service Provision

ENGLISH REQUIRED – will be validated during the interview

🎯 Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to support the creation, execution, and management of visual assets for internal and external projects, ensuring brand consistency, aesthetic quality, and alignment with business goals within the financial services sector.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.

• Develop visual concepts aligned with project and client objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather and apply feedback.

• Design visual identity assets such as logos, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Ensure visual consistency and compliance with the brand book across all deliverables.

• Prepare production-ready pieces optimized for print or digital media according to technical requirements.

• Edit images, including color correction, retouching, and format adjustments.

• Manage design tasks and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technology).

🎓 Desired Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

🛠 Desired Professional Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in design (agency, in-house, or freelance).

• Experience creating graphic assets and layouts for digital and print environments.

• Experience working with strict brand books and corporate identity guidelines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teams and clients.

• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or payment media.

• Solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
