Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Labor relations management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Experience in compliance with Mexican labor laws, familiar with local employment policies;
More than 3 years of practical experience in human resources, with the ability to handle employee relations.
English can be used as a working language (for handling cross-border documents), and basic communication is in Chinese
