Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Procurement Manager (Mexico City). Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage services
A strategic approach to procurement with a strong understanding of financial management and business development
A deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a sharp focus on quality and precision
Fluency in Spanish and English is required

Ensuring that purchasing transactions are carried out by taking into account the organization's policy, strategic goals and quality standards
Carrying out business development with existing suppliers, finding alternative suppliers, comparing and controlling our purchase prices with the market
Obtaining prices from suppliers for the requested product and service, communicating with the right supplier and ensuring that quality products are delivered on time
Order control and stock tracking of products coming from Turkey
Following up all local purchasing processes
Using the ERP system in purchasing processes and sending orders to suppliers through the system
