Descripción

- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, setting strategic goals, coaching, and performance management while fostering collaboration across Operations, Production, Quality, Finance, and R&D.

- Drive sourcing and supplier management strategies, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and compliance through metrics, scorecards, and supplier engagement.

- Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse operations, implementing effective planning, cycle counting, and intelligent stock management to guarantee material availability and cost efficiency.

- Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, enhancing processes and driving operational excellence across departments to improve end-to-end customer performance.

- Ensure successful product lifecycle support, including on-time new product launches, phase-outs, and alignment with global supply chain teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Perfil buscado

A successful candidate should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering; APICS/CPM certification preferred.

- 8+ years of supply chain experience, including 2+ years in management roles.

- Strong knowledge of SAP-SCM (SAP BI a plus), BOMs, MRP, and manufacturing/logistics processes.

- Proven leadership with skills in motivation, change management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional teamwork.

- Hands-on manager with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
