U.S.-Based Law Firm | Full-Time | ON-SITE Guadalajara (GDL)

Looking for a phone-based role where you only speak with people who already want help — no cold calls, no dialing lists, no guessing?

We're a fast-growing U.S.-based law firm hiring a full-time Phone Agent to follow up with individuals who have already contacted our firm. Your role is to connect, guide, and help them confidently take the next step.

What We Offer

- In-office position at our Guadalajara (GDL) office
- $14,000 MXN net per month (after taxes)
- $11 USD bonus for each successful hire
- Top performers consistently achieve 50+ hires per month
- Full-time schedule, 5 days per week
- Full Mexican Law benefits (IMSS, paid vacation, holidays, etc.)
- Structured training and clear performance goals
- Growth opportunities and long-term stability
- 2–3 month probationary period
- After successful performance and reliability review, the role may transition to 100% remote (home office)

What You'll Do

- Speak with people who have already reached out to our firm
- Answer questions, explain next steps, and guide them through the process
- Build trust through professional, confident phone communication
- Work toward clear, achievable performance goals

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or sales
- Strong, confident phone presence
- Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
- Fluent English (spoken and written)—required
