Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensures tax compliance for US GAAP purposes
- Ensures Tax compliance for MX GAAP purposes
- Prepares Federal and local tax returns submission on time
- Prepares Annual Transfer pricing analysis.
- Coordinates Annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion with HR team
- Coordinates Annual tax audit opinion together with Finance team
- Attends Tax, Social Security and local reviews
- Reports Tax Matters to corporate according to Emerson’s Policies and procedures
- Ensures proper tax accounting and reconciliation
- Ensures compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to Entities assigned)
- Preprares VAT refund request for assigned entities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experienced as Tax Analyst Senior in international entities at least 3 years
- Intermediate English level
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- USGAAP and MEXGAAP Tax calculation/provision
- Tax and Finance audit participation
- Experience in transfer pricing support
- VAT returns and requirements attendance
- Deferred taxes
