Responsabilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for .NET-based applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and integration problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases, including writing queries and stored procedures.
- Support applications that integrate with Core Java components.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
