Business Developer

We are looking for a professional with high proficiency in English, both spoken and written, suitable for engaging with US-based clients, Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies, excellent communication skills, and executive presence.
Property Management or Real Estate experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Initiate and respond to prospect communications across multiple channels
Manage the onboarding process for new clients
Maintain accurate data in the CRM
Assist the Business Development Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to provide answers to prospects
Help generate and filter leads
Track lead-to-conversion metrics
Requirements
~ Advanced English (C1–C2 level) with strong clarity and articulation
~1+ year of sales, business development, or high-level customer service
~ Preferred but not required: Property Management or Real Estate experience
~ Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
~ Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
~ Strong attention to detail
~ Fast learning ability
~ Minimum 50 Mbps internet
~ Quiet workspace suitable for virtual meetings
