We are seeking a highly autonomous and tech-savvy
AI-Driven Growth & Client Acquisition Manager
to design, implement, and scale client acquisition systems using AI-powered tools and existing platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, optimization, and results — not a purely strategic or advisory position.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing and acquisition experience with a deep understanding of AI-enabled tools, automation, and growth systems. You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and play a key role in bringing client acquisition fully in-house.
Salary range:
$2,800 USD – $3,800 USD
per month, depending on experience and seniority.
Location:
Preferably Guadalajara, Mexico (on-site). Open to LATAM.
Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage AI-powered client acquisition strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and implement existing AI and automation tools for:
Lead generation
Outreach (email, LinkedIn, CRM automation)
Funnel and conversion optimization
Build scalable and repeatable growth systems using current software platforms.
Translate business needs into effective marketing and acquisition workflows.
Own the end-to-end execution of client acquisition initiatives.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize acquisition efforts.
Collaborate directly with leadership to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Bring previously outsourced acquisition processes fully in-house.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in growth, marketing, client acquisition, or sales enablement roles.
Strong understanding of AI tools and systems used in marketing and sales.
Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and deploy new platforms.
Solid background in B2B marketing and client acquisition.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish.
Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience working with international or US-based companies.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and outbound sales tools.
Experience internalizing functions previously handled by external vendors or agencies.
Background in scaling early-stage companies or growing teams.
