Experience with Adobe Experience, Adobe Campaign (V7/V8) or similar Oracle Eloqua, IBM Unica, Marketo or Pardot
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
~ In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
Adobe campaign business practitioner certification.
Consult and Support in building HTML emails according to the provided creative.
Intermediate Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
Build, execute, and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
Perform data analysis on audience, create waterfall, trigger test emails
Create new campaign workflow and support existing campaign workflows for channels such as Email, SMS, Push.
Responsible for day-to-day execution and automation of workflows within Adobe Campaign.
Lead team of marketing specialist supporting development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders on audience, content and rules for ongoing campaign initiatives.
Elicit requirements accurately interpret for end-to-end process Analysis, Design, Development, QA and UAT.
Lead the solutioning, development, implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
Conducting analysis and design waterfall and audience reports.
Assisting in ensuring compliance of digital marketing initiatives with all regulations, policies and procedures.
Support the campaigns in terms of production monitoring, investigations and troubleshooting.
Train and coach users and team members on adobe campaign workflows.
