Controller Full-Time
Reynosa, Tamaulipas

Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the correct execution of cost-related production processes.
Control and monitor production costs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Lead budgeting and financial forecasting activities for plant operations.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational reports to management.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Manage inventory control processes and support monthly/annual financial close activities.
Provide financial and analytical support to Plant Management and Operations leadership.
Coordinate and oversee personnel within the Finance/Controlling function at the plant.
Drive operational efficiency initiatives through cost analysis and financial insights.
Support decision-making related to productivity, margins, and operational performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production processes related to cost control.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Understanding of internal controls and operational effectiveness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (preferred).
