Senior AI Data Scientist (6+ Years Experience | Fluent English Required)
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior AI Data Scientist with strong expertise in synthetic data generation and advanced modeling techniques to join our global team.
Must-Have:
6+ years of experience in data science and AI
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
Experience with synthetic data tools (SDGym, Synthpop, Faker, Synthea)
Familiarity with generative modeling (GANs, VAEs)
Nice-to-Have:
- PyTorch or TensorFlow for custom generative models
- Experience with Jupyter, Databricks, and BI tools (Power BI, Streamlit, Dash)
- Knowledge of LLM pipelines and structured output tooling (Pydantic, LangChain)
What You'll Do:
- Design and validate synthetic datasets across multiple formats
- Apply generative modeling for privacy-aware data simulation
- Build dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate data into GenAI applications
- Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory guidelines
